Happy Halloween!

Last weekend we took a little trip to Redding to see salmon.... and let the boys fish a little. The water was chilly, but it was really warm out.

And now we've had a pretty big weather change. Yesterday morning it clouded up, got chilly and now it's raining. The weather man said it should let up for trick or treating tonight.... we'll see what happens.

Yesterday was the Halloween parade at Shane's school. Grandma walked over with us. It was fun to see all of the costumes. I took some video and I'm trying to figure out how to upload it here.

Ready for Halloween

I finished Shane's Luke Skywalker costume and he wore it to a birthday party last night. I think he really feels like Luke Skywalker. We discovered a few minor issues with it, which is good. Now I have a few days to make it just right for the big night. We're just keeping our fingers crossed that it doesn't rain here on Halloween...

And here is Wyatt trying to be a ham. He's figuring out that he can be funny. He gets this really big grin and laughs until you laugh at him.

Sneak Peek

Here is a sneak peek at Wyatt's Halloween costume. We dressed the babies up at playgroup today so we could take their pictures.

I am still in the process of making Shane's costume.... Luke Skywalker is a bit challenging when you can't find a pattern..... but I think it's gonna be pretty cool when I'm finished!

Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch. It was a really pretty day. The weather has been cool and breezy here. The leaves are starting to change and it feels like fall.

Wyatt rode in the cart with the pumpkins.
