Happy Halloween!

It's Halloween and we all had a great time today. Shane had a parade at school this morning. My mom is here, so she and I went to watch. Shane was a crab fisherman, like in his favorite show, Deadliest Catch.

Tonight we went trick-or-treating with friends. The kids got tons of candy and we are all exhausted.

And even after walking what felt like the entire neighborhood, no baby yet. Just swollen ankles!

Baby Shower

The girls from work and Brooks' mom had a baby shower for me this Saturday. It was really nice. Perfect weather, a great group of friends, and good fun. We ate, played a fun little game and opened gifts for the baby. Everyone was so generous. Lots of cute stuff for the baby!As you can see, my belly has grown a bit. I'll be 36 weeks this Friday, so I suppose it should be pretty big. The baby is kicking a lot. And Brooks and I are on a mission to get everything ready. It won't be long now!
