We seem to always be in the midst of an adventure. We hope all of our friends and family enjoy seeing what we've been up to.

Feels like Spring

After a week of rain the sun has come out again. This week is supposed to be in the low 70's and sunny. Wyatt and I are looking forward to walks in the park.
On one of the rainy days last week, a bunch of robins were hanging out in our tree.

Wyatt is starting to reach for things and grab his toys. Of course everything goes straight to his mouth. It's fun to watch him discover what his hands can do.

A Great Weekend!

This was a great weekend! Chico practically turned to Spring with sunshine and warm temperatures. We celebrated Grandma's and Grandpa's 60th birthdays on Saturday. Aunt Kathi, Uncle Roger, Aunt TT, and Ryan all came up from Southern California to celebrate. We walked in the park, had a nice breakfast at Morning Thunder, walked downtown, saw a baseball game and had a great dinner! It was so nice to see everyone and just have a great day together!

Aunt TT and Wyatt enjoyed some sunshine.

Aunt Kathi had Wyatt laughing...

though he seemed a bit unsure of her! What a look!

Grandma & Grandpa opened presents.

Yummy chocolate cake!

Wyatt is ready to be a Dodgers fan!

Shane has now lost 4 teeth! The tooth fairy has been pretty busy lately!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a nice Valentine's Day. I made a special dinner for the boys. Brooks and I had shrimp with pasta, Shane had chicken nuggets with french fries. And for dessert, we had VERY chocolatey brownies.

Wyatt turned 3 months old on Tuesday. Time is going by so quickly. He gets cuter every day.
Shane is having fun with the new toys he got for his birthday. He's really into Star Wars lately.

Wyatt has figured out how to get his hands to his mouth. Sometimes he sucks his thumb, sometimes his fingers, sometimes he tries to get his whole hand in there!

Happy Birthday, Shane!

Saturday was Shane's birthday. He turned 7, can you believe it!?! Grandma & Grandpa were sweet enough to let us host Shane's party at their house... they have much more room for rambuncious 7 year olds to run around in. Thanks, Grandma & Grandpa!

Everyone had lots of fun. The theme for the party was sports and the cupcakes were decorated like baseballs and basketballs.

What a pair! Happy Birthday, Shane!
