Merry Christmas!

We had a great Christmas! Santa came and everyone got very nice presents.

Shane got the Nerf Longshot with a scope that he asked for.

And he also got a new bike.

Wyatt got some neat toys that make noise and light up. They'll be a lot of fun.Shane also got a hydration pack.

After a nap it was off to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

The kids had fun and we had a great dinner. Thanks for cooking, Grandma!

What a great day! We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

We were planning on having dinner at our house Christmas Eve, but Brooks came down with Strep throat, so we ended up having a quiet evening just the four of us.
Shane got a haircut. Yes, this was the ultimate in multi-tasking. I had Wyatt in the carrier while I cut Shane's hair.

And then Wyatt needed a bath to get all the little hairs off of him.

The boys spent time cuddling on the couch and watching A Christmas Story.

Then it was off to bed so Santa could come.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

I took the boys to see Santa. Shane was very excited. Santa said he would do his best to bring him what he wanted. I'm sure he will. Shane's been very good this year!

Wyatt is starting to smile. There's a hint of a smile in this picture. He must be thinking about Christmas.

This is currently Wyatt's favorite place to hang out. He likes to plop his chin on my shoulder and just look at everything.

One Month

Wyatt is one month!

And check out his cool shoes! They are Vans just like Shane's!

Shane went duck hunting with Brooks. They only brought home one duck, but they had a lot of fun!

Nana headed back home to Philadelphia on Saturday. We were all sad to see her go. It was a lot of fun to have her here. Wyatt and I will be a bit lonely during the days without her. But she will be back in April.
