Snow

Last night we drove up the hill to Paradise to see the snow. It was so pretty. I wish it would snow in Chico.

Getting bigger

It is amazing how big Wyatt is getting. He's changed so much in just two months.

These are just cute pictures. I love this car seat cover that my friend Heather got for Wyatt. He's snug as a bug!

Two Months Old

Wyatt is two months old now and had his two month check-up. He is 24 inches long and 15 lb. 9 oz. What a big boy! He is doing great! He is smiling and the other day he giggled at me! And his hair is growing back, too!

On Our Own

Shane's winter break ended and he headed back to school on Monday, so Wyatt and I are on our own during the days now. Shane was very happy to go back to school and see his friends. He also told me that he likes being a big brother! He doing a great job at it, too!

Wyatt and I are hanging out and just enjoying his cute baby ways. He's much more alert now and has started chattering a bit. He loves to be talked to and likes to try to answer, too.

Nana bought Wyatt his first camouflage outfit. He's all ready for the duck blind! (OK, maybe in a year or two.)

Big Storm

A big storm blew through our area yesterday. It was super windy. Trees and power lines were knocked down and we lost power at about 10AM. The boys and I spent the day inside playing games by candlelight. Shane and I built a fort in the living room.

We were preparing to not have power through the night, so Brooks hooked up the generator, got out the lantern and got ready for percolated coffee in the morning... Then the power came back on about 6:45PM. It is supposed to keep raining at least through Monday.
